Processing & Delivery

  • After your consultation, we carefully select and formulate your blend and you will receive an email detailing the essential oils chosen for you.

  • Your blend is handcrafted to perfection, prioritising quality, freshness, and attention to detail.

  • Processing will begin, typically within a few days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • When your blend is ready, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on it’s way.

  • Shipping time is Tracked 48 hours.

  • We appreciate your patience and support for our handmade creations.

Returns & Refunds

As all custom blends are uniquely tailored to your personal needs, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once your order has been processed.

If there is an issue with your order, such as leakage or damage during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At U'ilani, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our essential oil blends, we can only accept returns in specific circumstances. Please read the policy below:

Returns
As our essential oil blends are personal care items, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Damaged in Transit – If your order arrives broken or leaking, please email us at dawn.uilani@gmail.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Item Received – If we’ve sent the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please email us at dawn.uilani@gmail.com with a photo within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to an incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Used or opened products
Change of mind after purchase or personal preferences (please review your order carefully before purchasing).
Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities (we recommend patch testing before use). If you have concerns, we suggest first testing with a similar essential oil product you may already own. If you are uncertain about a product, we also offer sample sizes separately for patch testing.

Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our essential oil blends, custom or made-to-order purchases are final and cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. After this time, we will be unable to make any changes.
