Directions for Use:

Apply to pulse points – Roll onto areas such as wrists, behind the ears, temples, or inner elbows and gently massage in.

Inhale Gently – Take a moment to breathe in the aroma either directly from the roller ball or just after application for a quick aromatic experience.

Use as Needed – Reapply throughout the day as desired. For a calming experience, use before bed; for an uplifting scent, apply in the morning or midday.
